I had recieved an opportunity to embarked on an enriching student exchange program with Symbiosis Centre for International Education and Softbridge across Japan. This journey offered invaluable insights into several pioneering institutions and leading experts in technology and engineering.
From the advanced automated systems at Daifuku in Shiga Prefecture and the innovative manufacturing processes at Nissan's Yokohama Plant to the groundbreaking augmented reality applications by ARDE, each experience underscored Japan's commitment to cutting-edge advancements.
Furthermore, interacting with esteemed professionals, such as Mr. Sunil of Fidel Tech, and delving into the sophisticated research at Ritsumeikan University & Chiba University, provided a profound understanding of the synergy between tradition and innovation in this dynamic country. This program was a testament to the relentless pursuit of excellence and technological prowess that defines Japan, significantly enriching my academic and professional aspirations.
As a member of the Student Council, nominated by the university from among many candidates, I had the privilege of serving as a panelist, selected by the college, to conduct interviews for the selection of students to participate and represent our college in the PMUN organized by an external organization. I successfully organized significant events such as the Navratri celebrations, including Rangtaal and Navrang, as well as a Retro Day event. Additionally, I spearheaded an anti-corruption awareness campaign within the college, endorsed by the Government of India, and led the oath-taking ceremony.
In my role as the Mental Health Coordinator (MHC), I regularly compiled and submitted detailed event reports and received training in basic mental health aid. Furthermore, I led the Sponsorship Team, consisting of four sub-teams, for the college's flagship event, 'SymbiLand 2024'.
I am proud to have spearheaded several cleanup drives in collaboration with Exploreit and my colleagues from January to April 2024. Our efforts included the cleanup of Korigad Fort in Lonavala, Laxmi Colony Canal in Hadapsar, Chaturshringi Temple, and Forest Road Air Force Station. As the leader of the Employee Engagement project, I successfully guided a team of over 20+ students, dedicating 80 hours to organizing impactful community events, and was honored with a Letter of Recommendation for my contributions.
I am proud to be a member of IEEE and IEEE TEMS, where I've had the privilege of organizing flagship events such as PRAYAG 2024. This prestigious event bridges the gap between business and academia, fostering innovation and collaboration. My involvement with IEEE has been instrumental in my professional growth, allowing me to connect with industry leaders and contribute to cutting-edge projects.
